Elections for the Executive Board of the Bolingbrook High School Music Boosters will be held at our May meeting, Tuesday, May 8th at 7:00 p.m. in room A147. Under Article III, Section 2 of the Boosters Constitution, we are soliciting nominations for all positions:

· President — Presides at Booster meetings, appoints Committee chairs, coordinates with BHS administration (incumbent, Bill Spengler, is ineligible for re-election, having served two consecutive terms)

· Vice President, Operations — Assumes role of President in his or her absence, coordinate and supervise operating committees (Incumbent, Kristine Wahlgren, is “graduating”)

· Vice President, Ways and Means — Supervise and coordinate revenue generating committees, assumes role of President as needed (incumbent, Tracy Madura, is eligible for re-election)

· Treasurer — Manage the bank account of the Boosters, collect and deposit funds and pays bills for goods and services, manages separate Directors account (incumbent, Ann Lucchesi, is eligible for re-election)

· Secretary — Keep records and minutes of all meetings, attend to all correspondence, keep names and contact records of all Booster members (incumbent, Patty Arriola, is eligible for re-election)

We will finalize our slate of candidates at our April meeting; note that this meeting has been moved up a week due to Spring Break, so nominations should be submitted by April 3rd.
